Dr. Joe Minkstein and Dr. Scott Warren became California Qualified Medical Evaluators in 2000 and built their own QME practices before they built CSE. Every system here was designed by physicians who had already done the work themselves.
That is why we put an experienced team behind each physician rather than adding names to a roster. Our goal is not to be the biggest QME management company in California. It is to be the best one.
