California Specialty Evaluations, Inc. ("CSE", "we", "us") collects only the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, the role you select, your email address, an optional phone number, and the content of your message.
We also collect standard technical information that your browser sends when you visit any website, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about the evaluation, physician opportunity, or question you raised. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use a third-party email delivery provider to transmit contact form submissions to our office. That provider processes your message only to deliver it to us.
Protected Health Information
This website is an informational site. It is not a patient portal and is not a secure channel for protected health information. Please do not submit medical records, claim files, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through the contact form.
If you need to send documents, contact our office and we will provide an appropriate secure method. Medical records received in the course of an evaluation are handled under the confidentiality obligations that apply to medical-legal evaluations in California, separately from this website.

Data Retention and Security
Contact form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as needed to respond to and document your enquiry. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
